See a PT. I can't recommend that enough. They can give you a lot of personalized information about how you as an individual move. I had chronic problems with hips and ankles due to muscular imbalances and mobility issues that I didn't know about. You don't even necessarily have to go a lot, just learn while you're there and be persistent with doing the exercises they teach you when you're on your own.
