In this video I discuss more stretches for the calf muscles and achilles tendon to help with the symptoms of Plantar Fasciitis. These can be used both as a Plantar Fasciitis Stretch & Plantar Fasciitis Exercise and are used to prevent foot pain in the morning in the short term and to overcome Plantar Fasciitis in the long term.
