Treatment Ratings

    Orthotics, Cortisone Injection, Supportive Shoes
    Not Improved
Ice, Massage, Rest, Night splint, Stretching, Compression Socks

Nothing has "worked" I suffer daily, some days better than others, if I wear the orthotics daily it's bearable for a few days and then major pain so I stop wearing orthotics and it's bearable for a few days. I would like to lose weight but as soon as I try to walk for exercise the pain returns. I have had 1 cortisone shot that was some relief for about a month but it really just felt like it was numb not cured. It's making me depressed to be in so much pain all the time!
