started an exercise program, started noticing pain after sitting for sevreal hours at night. didn't stop working out cause I didn't know what was wrong, thought it was just soreness from working out. about month later it bad enough that I Googled it and figured out it was plantar fasciitis. bought compression socks and night brace. started using ithe but couldn't sleep in the brace. bought another brace that was softer. I sleep in it every nightime. use the harder one while watching TV, it's better than the soft one but the soft one helps and I can tolerate sleeping in it. I finally went to the dr and prescribed physical therapy. the pt person has done 4 dry needling session and shown me exercises to do. I do the exercises every morning. It's been 4 months since onset and I would say I am 95% better but when I get up from sitting there is still pain for the first 30 or so steps then it's better. itso primarily edge of my heel pain most of the time and the all over pain of walking those steps when I first get up from a seated position day or night.
