Mine started out feeling like a Stonebruise. After three days I realized it was something else and I went to a podiatrist. I had to Cortizone shots one week apart and they did no good at all. I bought special arches for my shoes, special shoes for planter fasciitis, did stretching in the morning and in the evening and read everything I could about it. After two months I started physical therapy. My therapist uses ultrasound on the bottom of my foot and I have had nine out of 12 treatments and I am very much better. This is what works for me.
