I had plantar fasciitis for over a year and tried

many different therapies. However, the best therapy that actually cured me was a doctor using a cold laser. I had 2 treatments. The first treatment lasted 2 weeks without pain and then I went back for another treatment and was cured. I wish I had thought of the cold laser earlier so I wouldn't have had to deal with the pain all year. If I ever have plantar fasciitis again, I will choose cold laser for my therapy.
