Hurt left foot at work. Very surprised to find diagnosis was plantar faciitis, I thought it was a chronic, not an acute, condition. Best decision EVER to see my chiropractor- ice and rolling a tennis ball under my foot every chance I got was a good start. Laser therapy, kinesio-tape, stretching and NSAIDs did the rest. Stretching with a rubber workout band as soon as I woke up helped a lot. I started out 10/10 pain and waking up all night long. After 8 weeks, my pain is 2-3/10...
