Treatment Ratings

    Orthotics, Rest, Supportive Shoes, Stretching
    Not Improved
    Physical Therapy, Ice

It all started after second pregnancy. Pain in mornings and during work. Felt like crawling just not to step on them....tried ice didn't help. Went to see PT which gave me stretches to do several times a day ( they hurtled too but after I felt a bit better). He also did some kind of laser maybe that helped. Bought New Balance shoes that really helped and put in pink orthotics of the shelf. Right foot got better, but I still suffer from my left foot that also cramps mid day with no warnings before....still stretching and wearing NB shoes. No more PT. when is really hurts I lay down/ sit to take the load off them.
