Original Injury was a torn ligament in my foot, given a boot/brace for 4 months this aggravated my Plantar Fasciitis and after ligament healed was given shots to help Plantar Fasciitis which helped temporarily, but it came back once I resumed normal exercise from ligament tear. Now after getting back to walking on treadmill at gym and walking outside I have similar pain in my heel. Heel cups have helped but not completely.
