PF kicked into high gear in Oct. 2015. Bad. Pain by midday doing normal daily routine. I do not work, kids are out of house. So just cleaning, babysitting a 2&4 year old one or two days a week. Shopping, gardening, normal putzing-around, is painful. Standing in my sneakers, which have the $30 insoles in them, to make dinner, puts me on the sofa with ice under my arches and anti-inflamatories in my belly. I actually pulled a calf stretch too sharp, and twisted my knee.......resulting in torn miniscus and knee surgery. Ridiculous!! Last year at this time I was cycling 25-30 miles 4-5 days a week and walking 3-4 miles 5 days a week. Now I can't do either wth all this foot pain. Not happy!!
