Treatment Ratings

NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Physical Therapy, Ice, Massage, Supportive Shoes, Stretching, Strengthening Exercises, Ultrasound Therapy

I tried all the things on the above list, all of which did improve the pain a little. What cured my pain completely was driving a standard transmission car for six months, sounds strange but my foot no longer had that "crispy" feel. My foot is smooth again and there is no longer any pain. There is an occasional ache when I do a lot of walking. Nothing compared to before. I'd say I'm cured!
