Treatment Ratings

    Ice, Cortisone Injection, Supportive Shoes
    Not Improved
    Acupuncture, Stretching, Compression Socks

I started with PF 3-1/2 years ago while running extensively. I eventually got a cortisone shot in my right foot which helped somewhat but never cured it. Now I have extreme PF in my left foot. Special sneakers have helped my foot when walking/exercising but the pain returns once I'm off my feet at the end of the day.
