The only thing that makes it feel better is the planters fasciitis foot massage pvc ball. I use it every time I have pain, and it goes away within minutes. I keep one by my bed, and another one under my desk at work. My symptoms are so much bette after I use it. I also use an orthotic in my sneakers. Stretching isthe only thing that really helps me though.
