Two years and five months ago, I had a pain in the right side of my left foot, I didn't pay atention but the Simpsons persist, I went to see a Podiatric and I had the cortisone injection, it help for two months and the pain came back, then I went to Acupunturist that didn't help, in the mind time I been using the roller, ice bottle and the rest.

But thank to some body who told me DO NOT REST, keep walking, live a normal life, just use shoes with some heal in it, so that is what I do now, I walk from 3 to 4 miles 5 day a week, at work I stand on my feet all day and I even go dancing on Saturday nights once a month. I don't pay atention to the little pain I keep in my foot.

My Feith in God and my prayers has heal me.

I hope this can help some one some day, just like that person who helped me, I wish I can see her again to thank her for the advice!!!
