Chronic heel pain. I have had a shot, arch support plus an orthotic. Stretching and massage, along with ice. Having the arch support feels the best, but I want it to be gone for good. The scar tissue in my heel is the most painful. I used to have pain up my leg, but that is gone now with using the support.
