I am a nurse, I took sometime off work and that is when the pain started. First it was the left foot, exercise and NSAIDS worked with icing on that foot. Then the right foot after I went back to work and it was off and on pain for a while until 3 years ago and it is steady everyday pain now. It effects my ankle and leg. Then due to work ended up tearing the tendon and have now been in the boot for almost 6 weeks. Pain free most of the week except the two 16 hour days I work. Then the pain is absolutely terrible. Some days I j u st want to cut off my right foot. I will be changing jobs soon and I am hoping with all this treatment that will be the cure. Praying...
