I have tried just about little bit of everything sometimes it works sometimes and I know that morning before staining on my feet I have to stretch for a good 5 to 8 minutes I have to put supportive shoes with arch support. I'm a medical assistant who is on my feet from 8 to 12 hours per day so by the time I get home I need to ice the bottom of my foot which I use ice frozen water bottle bro back-and-forth at least three times a week. I use a night splint get hydrocortisone shots every 4 to 6 months but now they don't seem to be working anymore
