I have plantar fasciitis and achilles tendonitis. I have had two cortisone shots over the past year-and-a-half and I have had 12 weeks of physical therapy. I do not notice any difference I am still in a lot of pain if not more. However my job requires me to be on my feet for 8 to 12 hours a day. On my days off my feet do not hurt as much therefore I am desperately looking for a different job
