NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Orthotics, Ice, Cortisone Injection, Massage, Rest, Stretching

One day I woke up and had heel pain. Tried to ease the pain with home remedies but pain was so great, I visited a foot doctor. I've had cortisone shots, one a month for three months, and anti-inflammatory drugs, but the pain came back within two weeks. Stretches every day, a water bottle frozen and rolling over the bottom of my foot, a boot I wear nightly, and inserts for my shoes for the heel and my high arch. Three months of the above and I am still in so much pain. I need relief. My next step will be to see an orthopedic doctor.
