About 2 weeks after my second half marathon I started experiencing heal pain. At the starting line of that race I felt something pop at the front of my ankle, but was able to complete the race without pain and running a personal best. I have stopped running and tried treating myself. I continue to cross train with swimming, cycling, and weight training. The PF pain has improved , but not gone away.
