I have flat feet, and planar fasciitis on both feet, keeping my calves loose (massage, stretching, guasha), taking my omega supplements to help lower inflammation and wearing good footwear is the key to keeping flair-ups at bay. I can't say I'm cured because although I haven't had the pain in many months , re injury is a very quick reality for me so I need to keep my habits up to keep the pain away. Teresa Avelar CMT
