I used to exercise 3 times per week and walk with my dog at least 2 1/2 miles per day till my plantar began to hurt so much I quit everything, afte walking all day at Disney world. I got a cortisone shot in each heel but didn't get too much relief so I began a serious stretching, massage, Ice and an anti inflamatory cream treatment twice or more a day for about 1/2 hour. After 3 months I can actually walk. I have no Spurs simply inflammation of facia. A frozen bottle of water rolled on toes to heel, a tennis or gulf ball rolled and THE STICK sold online is marvelous for rolling feet heels included, a red light which is so old but helped tons has allowed me to get back on my feet again,
