Treatment Ratings

Orthotics, Cortisone Injection, Night splint, Supportive Shoes, Stretching
    Not Improved
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Ice

I have had injections, take medicine for anti-inflammatory, wear a boot at night, roll my foot up on a bumpy ortho ball with ointment gel, and follow all directions from the doctor. However , it has been five months and then I go to do something to exercise in order to lose weight or just clean around the house the pain is always there and just doesn't quite go away even though it is better. I just thought when I was told what it was in my foot that it would be more like a pulled muscle you take it easy dude you're told and the hills and goes away. this does not feel like it's going away. It's very frustrating.
