Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
    Ice, Rest, Stretching, Strassburg Sock

Tried a few insert that helped slightly. Strassburg sock at night noticeably help in morning pain. Daily ice massages and stretching helped as well. But the thing that were the most without a doubt was Barefoot Science's inserts. Their 6 step progressive method really helped me. You begin with level one which is the lowest and progress weekly through level six. As you change levels you can really feel the difference as if there's a golf ball is in your shoes, but after a few days it feels normal. Within two days I was feeling mild relief. I am currently using little sick and in pain free .
