My entire foot from bottom of heal to the top of foot is painfull. Heal feels like I am walking on nails. The pain is so bad that I noticed I am now walking on the outside of my foot probably to get relief from pain. It also feels like my ankle is swollen but to look at it don't think so. I am at the point while at home I either crawl around so I don't have to feel the pain on my feet or stay in bed. I am still working but don't know how I get through a 12 hour shift. My feet get so hot that it will melt ice in seconds. They are hot to touch when I have been on them a while. Nothing has helped. I go to an ortho tomorrow. See what he has to offer.
