Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
    Physical Therapy, Cortisone Injection, Massage
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Stretching, Supportive Shoes, Taping, Night splint, Rest, Ice, Orthotics, Ultrasound Therapy

Injections have provided the greatest relief. Also P.T. Had it in both feet 2015. Spring 2016, it's back in right foot only. Had an injection a few weeks back, better but not 100%. May do PT again. Orthotics give me leg cramps, so rarely wear them any more. Have heel Spurs and arthritis in both big toes. It's been a struggle, sucks getting older!
