I have not seen a Dr. my next to the last toe pops. I don't know if it is a tendon or my bone. I have had 4 surgeries in 4 yrs. I have sewed for around 40 yrs. My heel gets sore and it sets off a spasm in my lower pelvic floor. I have suffered with it for over 6 yrs. And the spasms are unbearable ....I saw this add on Face book.......I have tried every thing. I bought the blue plain ones and Walmart....then I found the ones that are in the picture from walgreens . I will tell you it takes along time to heal theses injuries. It doesn't happen over night.

It will take a day or so to get use to these. I wear mine with Reeboks.. princess style. Everyone is different...one more thing..these inserts work your inner core....it even helped my digestive system..I have chronic constipation.....it relived that....just try and see what works for you......
