I've had this condition for years and while going to physical therapy last year for another reason I also sought treatment for the Plantair Fasciitis. They used the Graston Technique, lots of stetching and strengthening exercises and this is the only thing that has ever helped this much. I have custom orthodics and have started buying Vionic shoes and they really help as well. The Vionic summer sandles are heaven, they have great rubber soles for shock absorption and the arch support as well. They are expensive, but, are so worth it.
