It started as a bubble on my heel area and someone told me to wrap it as tight as I could stand and when I did it busted open like a thousands knives stabbing inside my foot. The pain was so painful that I would had rather have a baby then go through that again... But then I was able to walk without pain in my foot but after two years it came back and now I'm dealing with it everyday and take up to 800 mg of Ibuprofen a day which helps and wrap it with an ace bandage to help ease the pain some.
