Played pickelball 4X a week. Had terrible heal pain. Could hardly walk at all in the am. My arch was so tight you could strum it. Arch pain has finally gone away but still have some pain in my heel. Stretching my foot on the stair helps. You really do have to put the time in and do the exercises! Heel feels like it's burning sometimes. Those Vionic sneakers & sandles helped alot too
