I didn't injure my feet by doing anything specific except standing for long periods cooking and preparing for a big family gathering. I have tried almost everything and I just can't cure this. There are times my feet feel better, but they go back to hurting very quickly. It has been over a year and it is very discouraging to think this is going to be permanent. The only shoes I can wear are very good sneakers with orthotics. I am 62 yrs old, and would really like to be able to walk without this constant pain.
