I work in retail 40 hours a week on concrete floor and not good supporting shoes. Doctor explained why the pain I was having in my heel. Told my husband and he did research and bought all sort of things for me to try and within several weeks I felt relief and healing has taken place. I also soaked my foot for an hour in Epson salt - hot water. I also take vitamins that help with anti-inflammatory and pain. I wear the boot to bed and before I go to work. The healing process is slow but being consistent helps in the long run.
