Treatment Ratings
My initial plantar fasciitis was relieved completely with a cortisone shot and orthotics. 6 months later it returned, worse than ever. Over a period of 18 months I tried it all, including 2 cortisone shots and another pair of custom orthotics. I then tried chiropractic care plus taping daily. It started to improve and now it has almost completely disappeared. I continue to tape me foot when I golf or spend time on my feet, along with orthotics and always proper shoes (Vionics work great).
