    Cortisone Injection

I have been seeing a doctor for 9 months. I have had X-rays, cortisone injections, prednisone, custom made orthotic inserts for my shoes, physical therapy involving stretching, massaging, dry needling, ultra sound, and icing. My therapist is excellent and very knowledgable, but I get discouraged after so long with symptoms still present. I'm wondering if someone should assess the way I walk and/or if there are other related problems. My foot hurts in the evening especially after I sit down for awhile. Then it is very painful to get up and walk.
