I have Meralgia Paresthetica (Thigh Burn) in addition to the Plantar Fasciitis. I have been going to a Chiropractor for back pain associated with both of these. Because both of these hurt, it has thrown my walk off and thereby causing back pain. Not fun. I am taking Curcumin for the inflammation and it has done wonders for that. I understand that I need to lose weight, and that by doing so, it will help alleviate some of the nerve damage that has caused the Meralgia Paresthetica. It is tough to do when exercise hurts both my leg and foot.
