Treatment Ratings

Orthotics, Cortisone Injection, Night splint, Chiropractor, Stretching

I tried everything. It started out in my heel on both feet. I did the stretches, wore the boots, wear orthotics. Nothing seemed to work. My feet hurt every time I stood up. Especially in the morning. My Chiropractor Dr. Layden of North Attleboro, MA tried something that actually ended up working. He had me lay on my stomach with by legs bent up at the knees. He then proceeded to rub very hard the whole way down my leg I think hitting pressure points along the way. He only had to do it 3 times because after that it was all gone. It lasted for 5 or 6 years but now it has come back but not in the same way. Now I have it in the middle of my feet and it burns. I still so the stretches but that doesn't really help. I have moved to CA now so I can't go see Dr. Layden anymore.
