In the last few days the pain in almost gone. There is only a strained feeling in the area of my heel and ankle. I am beginning a weight loss and intense exercise program in 2 weeks and am a bit apprehensive that the impact may cause the pain to re-occur. However, right now, I am encouraged with the improvement.
