I had it for about 4 months. I did lots of stretches, especially toe pointing and flat foot against the wall. Rest did notwork that well because it would hurt more if I sat a long time. I also went gluten free which really helped me overall with aching and cramping, etc. I refused to take anything beside an occasional ibuprofen. All the sudden the pain just stopped. You just have to keep moving and eating healthy!
