Treatment Ratings
My injury started with a sprained ankle that Drs wouldn't treat. I think walking strangely aggravated my fasciia. Started with 2 cortisone shots. Relief with 1st. None with second. Then went to physical therapy. The ultrasound treatment felt great, but that was all. Stretches etc didn't help much. Started with second podiatrist, he tried the final 3rd cortisone shot, relief for about 5 days, got some very limited relief with taping. Went to orthopedic surgeon, he just wanted to jump into surgery, so I discontinued with him. Percent of success toooo low for my liking. Returned to pod got orthotics for $450. Then decided to try chiropractic. So maybe between orthotics and chiro I now have more good days then bad
