I workout on the treadmill for an hour every night and work pretty much all day on my feet. I really just woke up one morning with heel pain, I wouldn't say I actually did anything to injure my foot. I've heard of friends doing PT and it didn't cure them so I chose not to go that route. My brother gave me his night splint to wear, helped a bit, still not cured. Bought new shoes and special inserts...this I believe has helped the most, but still not cured. I have tried a few other things but still not 100% back to normal. Some days are better than others. I hesitate on doing any type of injections out of fear. Any suggestions?
