I have dropped a couple of frozen items on the top of my feet over the last year, and then the plantar fasciitis started upon my left heel and I used a tennis ball and it helped plus then I went to the chiropractor and then I found the outback roll on all natural ingredients and by the 2nd day I was amazed at how I didn't hurt that much and I still have bad days, and I just roll on the outback meds, I have also been taken 800 mil of Motrin for my back pain. The outback roll on I got on Amazon it says you have to use it for at least 45 days to really see any improvements. I also invested inserts made for my feet and yes that has truly helped lot, there were days I could not walk. May you all find relief.
