My podiatrist told me I was over stretching and I made my feet more inflamed. She told me to do thirty seconds on each foot stretching it with a belt. I did not believe her at first but it did ease the pain. I got a cortisone shot which did not help that much. I am just icing at night for 15 to 20 minutes with a frozen water bottle.
