Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Ice

I suffered for a couple of years with my left foot. Those first few steps in the morning were just beyond painful but I really didn't like the idea of having needles stuck in my foot so I just endured the pain. I used ice and Motrin as needed. I finally s a w an infomercial for walkfit inserts and tried them. I felt complete relief within 2 to 3 weeks. I'm a nurse and have flare ups periodically. I still use the inserts in my work shoes. Not an endorsement for this product but it worked for me.
