    Cortisone Injection, Night splint, Brace

After two cortisone shots boot and brace, I decided to take matters in my own hands. I took off my shoes and began to walk barefoot as often as I could. Last year I did not wear shoes at all from April 21 until September 8th. Did the same in 2014. Except for work, I am barefoot. Barefoot everywhere, stores, gas stations, restaurants, driving, and everywhere else. Fact is it is also legal, there are zero health code laws that require patrons to wear shoes. My feet have never been healthier. Check out the barefoot book, 50 great reasons to kick off your shoes and youtube, shoes the silent killer
