I had the condition for 6 months finally went to doctor. He taped me up twice and the heel is practically cured . Also on meds , stretching. He took XR to confirm heel spur . I tried to get rid of my condition on own but failed . Wish I had gone to doctor sooner . He said he will give me a shot if not 100 percent by now but so far I feel so much better and hoping not to get one . He also advised against surgery as he feels there not needed and can make foot worse if not careful during recovery. That’s my story
