Had pf in both feet. 3 cortisone shots and exercises cured my right foot. 4 shots, boot, pt and finally topaz surgery and still have it. I wear vionic/orthaheel shoes and inserts in my shoes if not that brand and seems to help. I bartend so am on my feet for 7 hrs straight which doesn't help:( used to work mon-fri days now only work mwf so I have a day in between to rest my foot. I make a point of stretching my foot whenever I brush my teeth!
