Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
    Graston Technique, Strassburg Sock
Supportive Shoes, Weight loss, Taping, Orthotics, Stretching,
    Not Improved
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Night splint, Ice, Compression Socks

I don’t have health insurance until January but am seeing an improvement with Strasbourg sock and massage especially the graston method using a makeshift tool to scrape the tendon. My biggest issue is that I seems to go 2 steps forward and then 1 step back. It’s improvement but slow.
