Treatment Ratings

NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Orthotics, Surgery
    Not Improved
    Cortisone Injection, Night splint, Stretching

On my feet approximately 12-14 hrs a day. About midday feet began to hurt so bad could hardly walk. Was diagnosed with plantars facitiis with tarsal tunnel. Done the injections, stretching, revamped orthopedic insoles and night splint. Some relief but not enough for my satisfaction so went with having the surgery. Felt fairly good until I returned to work and similar pain returned immediately. Dr put me on anti inflammatory meds, had a new pair of insoles made. Pain is eased up but there are still days I can hardly walk out of work. Will be returning to the doctor soon for unbearable pain.
