I'm on my feet for 9 to 10 hours per day walking on a cement floor. Doctor has given me oral steroids. I wear Kloggs or Allgria shoes. I have to wear shoes all the time, cannot go barefoot. Pain is too excruciating. I started wearing copper compression socks. It helped for about a week.
