Treatment Ratings

NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Cortisone Injection, Taping, Night splint
    Not Improved
Stretching, Supportive Shoes, Rest, Acupuncture, Massage, Ice, Orthotics, Strengthening Exercises

Pain started 7 months ago, Cortisone shot helped the most but for only a month then went back to the pain. I have tried all the above ( Ice, orthotics, new shoes, acupuncture , taping, stretching, strengthening exercises, Rest, massage, anti-inflammatory, DMSO, and now wearing a night boot) but still have the pain in the right foot (heel area) I wear shoes first step out of bed until bed time again. Very upsetting. It has put a stop to many things I have always been able to do.
